If you would like to put up a post go to the upper right hand corner of the page and click on 'new post'. This will open up a window which will allow you to compose a post. All of you are supposed to have permission to post, so if it is not working for you please let me know.
Under 'settings' you might also want enable the ability to receive an email every time someone posts or comments .
